How do you get a wire into the cab if you are fitting a roof light or antenna?
Paff I'm on a mobile device at the moment otherwise I'd link you to it but if you search for my Maverick project thread P548 RFR , you'll see how I did it with electrical conduits and sealant when I did my spotlight wiring. How do you get a wire into the cab if you are fitting a roof light or antenna?
I used ip45 cable glands, think that's the number lol. See my project thread too for the roof mounted reverse lights. I also used tiger seal just to be sure.
I used 4 way Deck plug and sockets for the rear work/marker/hazard lights, and a 7pin military style connector for the front one.
The Deck ones are smaller, and come in many pin out options.
The advantage of these are you can disconnect the lights to remove them, should you need to repair/change them at a later date.
Could you link me to one of those please mate? :thumbs
