windows problem

hi again
can some one help me on this, all four electric windows work
but they go down very slow, that slow they nealy stop
some times especially passenger & drivers side
works ok, what could b the problem?, (up&down slow)
as anybody got some answers. THANKS..... :? -banghead-

there has been posts on this problem before so do a search.
in te mean time use a spray lube ,silicone as in some furniture polish or simular
the sliders dry up and stick so spray doen window channels and work windows up and down a few times.
