Dino,
Did you put the film on the outside of the Back window?
Or did i miss the step of you shrinking and then moving to the inside?

Also because you used a heat gun did you do the back window in one sheet?

Thanks for the advise

Ian

What brand tint did u get?

I've seen one for 14.99 in the local and 19.99 in chav halfords?

I bought my first lot from Halfords when it was on offer (during the winter :lol ) it is the thin stuff and crinkles and reases like cellophane. Screwed up most of it

newest lot is coming from this guy http://stores.shop.ebay.co.uk/Vision-Window-Films__W0QQ_armrsZ1 apparently his more expensive range is the thicker better quality stuff (info not just from the seller) which handles better and is resistant to ham fisted cock ups :augie and works well with the heat gun technique.

He answers all questions and has a web site with instructions hints and tips. I presume I get told the link for that in the instruction enc when it arrives :nenau

I'll let you know how badly I get on once I've fitted it :lol

Aye I was going to ask that. I would be confident shrinking it around the window but maybe not into it

1.The film gets cut and shrunk (if needed) on the outside

2.The film kit I got at Halfords was big another to do the entire widow NO STRIPS

A good job well done :thumb2

I think we're too critical of ourselves sometimes. At the end of the day you'll spot every little blemish on there but to me and everyone else they look great :thumb2
