When my mate did it on my cavalier, he used his knee on the inside of the door and pulled the top frame inwards.

Thats how they straighten Defender doors on the production lines at Lode Lane if they don't close right, I've been on a factory tour and seen it first hand.

It was a red 110 station wagon and the passengers side door wasn't closing on the catch so he kneed it and bent it back and sure enough it shut lol

Thats the best way to do it but drop that window down:lol TBH go careful when doing it tho because if you pull to hard & bend it in to much it's very hard to pull it back out & keep checking the window go's back up ok in the runners:augie had to tweak my last T2's door this way but did find the wind noise was the bloody mirrors:doh

I have it on the mirrors, just turn stereo up a bit louder:lol

just thought id show a video of me testing the passenger front door - still trying to figure out the noise issues (wind noise).

as you can see, I place a long piece of paper between the door, and I can easily pull it out (at the drivers side I cant). The door itself looks OK, so is this simply the door seal??

That's a magic trick Clivvy :augie

I would let the window down and using your knee at the top of the panel, bend the top of the door inward.
