Winch mounts

Hi guys please help.
I've aquired a rather tangy winch from ebay at a bargain 99p !
Any ideas on how I can fix it to the front of my maverick?
It was 99p for a reason ..it had no controls , so I'm also after some kind of switch gear .
Any ideas?

I've seen some winch mounts somewhere on the net i'll look it i can find the page/link...

Which bumpers and hidden winch mounts are available but they are hellishly expensive as you either need to import it yourself or pay a dealer to do so as no one stocks em in the UK - best option is to fabricate something up yourself - thats what I'm planning on doing over the next couple of months.
