At almost exactly 30" those will be absolutely fine with no mods. If they happen to be a tad large fro their specced size then you may need to remove your front mud flaps but its unlikely.

its 1.1" bigger dia, 3.4" circumference bigger 3.8% bigger

3/4" wider..

from what Ive worked out and had help from some people...

they should fit. if in the same rims id be happy, if new rims or not the ones you got now you'll need to make sure they have the same offset OR have a bigger offset, so that the INNER edge of the tyres is further out, not closer to the wheel arch.
