so the modern cars are here fitted with sophisicated electronics & sensors mainly aimed at going green & keeping our atmosphere clean pollution free but surly other countrys india for instance & many others drive still drive around in austin cambridges etc etc ....arnt we all sharing the same sky or does the pollution stay in there village !

just google kyoto protocol, but it is a load of hog wash like all politics, car pollution is purely local, just like the London smog's of the 50's, then it was coal fires now it is vehicles, so yes we do need to keep an eye on local pollution but as for global warming crap, of course the climate is changing but to say it is down to carbon emissions from us is rubbish, from what I remember when krackatower (forgive spelling) went up it put more carbon into the air than we have since the industrial revolution and it cleared within a very short time, no this is typical political rubbish to make you pay more for everything, global warming is a purely natural cyclic phenomena and we cannot alter it any more than Kanute could stop the waves, Rick

yeah know where your coming from, it appears tho with 27 million cars on our roads what money can this government make out of it ..easy pickings always the motorist
