they are close by so if i pick them up he'll fit them too

got to be worth a try, you can review them for everyone else :thumb2

two things - firstly they aren't cheap. I was quoted £80 a corner for Kumho KL71s, best all-round 4x4 tyre recommended by a number of sites......thats size 31x10.5x15.

secondly, I haven't looked myself, but see if you can price them up at Camskill...I do believe they are very much an economy brand but first hand experience is the thing of course.....

EDIT - just realised that the price for two, so can't be bad....just see what you can google about their reputation and peoples experiences.

I had a set of NANKANG road tyres on my Nissan Primera 2.0eGT and was well impressed for the price!
£50 a corner for a new tyre fitted's not bad.

Steve

canskills prices do look good!

I have often used online prices to knock the price down at local suppliers! it's worth a try!

by the way Adz is fathers for justice still going i thought they had packed it all in?

Try Spondon tyres, Pete - great bloke!!....07727226032 Pete Tell him how much you got to spend £260, got me 4 265 75 16 Insa turbo traction tracks,(cheapest i found on ebay at the time was £320, I got them fitted at local Kwik Fit for £20 cash on sunday morning when it was quiet.

i've had a look on line and from what i can tell the tyres are no longer made and had mixed reviews in newzealand, i couldnt find any uk reviews.
i called into ap tyres as i passed today and the bloke there didnt rate em but can do me 2 enduro runway a/t fitted and balanced for £110:naughty so i think i am gonna go for these. :thumb2thanks all for the replies .:thumb2

Good tyre at a fair price, I use them. My wife has a couple of similarly priced tyres on the front of hers with a slightly more aggressive tread pattern - can't remember what they are though, I'll txt her and ask....

i had a pair of these forceum's on my discovery and i couldnt fault them

Forceum ATZ is what she's got....fairly aggressive, open tread compared to the Enduros, and still quiet on the road. They were cheap and have done a fair bit of mileage with no excessive wear...

the load rating isn't too high compare to other 4x4 tyres though, depends what you use the vehicle for though i suppose, most tyres this type and size have arating of 108 110 0r een 112, these are only 84?? that gives a loat rating of 500kg as opposed to 1060 for 110 rated tyres, i would give them a miss personaly as they seem woefully inadequate for a large 4x4

I only posted that link to show the tread pattern Plank....the standard loading for this tyre is 109 I believe.

that's what is says on the label on the tyre, he sellers information is wrong, perhaps they forgot to change it from the last listing they did.

Load ratings are often overlooked so it is allways worth checking, most tyre fitters dont even seem to understand them, and tyre sell by date codes make your haed spin

But its a good point - not something I usually check, but I will now!
