I bought mine off ebay, just be aware o what threads you get as all jap cars use metric fine 1.25 pitch but you can get m12 in 1 and 1.5 pitch.

Kind regards

Russell.

Post of the day!!!!!!! Was just about to say this :clap
Had the same problem when my brother stole a nut from my tie rod end kit in the shed for his Jimny and I went out to get a new one and still haven't as yet found one :doh

as long as the thread pitch of the rose joint matches the bolt it doesn't matter as you are not using any of the original nissan parts.
nissan use the fine pitch metric thread banshee, what bolt are you after as i have got a selection and i might have one.

Woo woo anti roll bar link in after not tie rods

you have to buy the parts seperate to make the drop links.
McGill racing for the rose joints and misalignment washers, milners for the bushes and a local fasteners supplier for the nuts and bolts.

Ok cheers elty any idea what I need as in sizes and threads etc

Yeah, the longest part about this mod was sourcing all the parts!!!! The misalignment washers took agessss to come as well :doh

Then there was getting the 60mm Shanked Bolts :( :(
Everywhere I rang didn't even know what a shanked bolt was, hardware stores were looking at me like I was an alien, then I tried a local Hardware Store in Warwick and he just fetched them out the back, apparently a common bolt for a landy application too :lol

I just need rose joint specifics as can get any type of bolt at local Jonny junks lol

Front Anti Roll Bar and Droplink Bushes

Do some measuring though mate and get yourself a selection of repair washers as well, I can't be sure that the shanked bolts were 60mm but 90% sure they were

How much difference does this mod make and is it just for lifted trucks.

ive not noticed any difference in the handling of the truck Jim,but i have noticed that ive not had to buy any bushes or droplinks since doing this mod 2 years ago.
i'd be on my 4th set of standard droplinks by now:eek:
dont see any reason why it can't be done on a standard truck.

No difference in handling other than I know I can corner hard at speed if needed without the Milner butter ones snapping in half as Marks has, the Rose Joints are well hard :sly

In fairness these lasted a good year of hard punishment so on road truck they'd have been fine but yeahh rose joints now to handel the greif I give it lol
