where might the ECU be?

Does anyone know where the ECU nis in the TerranoII? Mine is a 1999 2.7TDi Auto LWB.

i was looking at one today that people on here seem to like, Powerchip i think, though may have been power box plus. german firm, cant think of the name now. how do they connect exactly, just solder in someplace?
