Wheel arch rust prognosis

Hi All (again)!
I'm looking at purchasing a Y60 Patrol very soon and have revisited some photos of the wheelarches...
Is this a sign of bad things and an expensive need for welding? Is it even possible to reweld this or are new wings the answer?
I know its hard to tell without seeing the actual metal but thought Id ask..
Its passed its MOT recently which perhaps is good news?

These are normal rust points on a Patrol, the rear wings are available from Poland about £30 a time do not know about the fronts, yes a good body shop will be able to weld in new bits but at what cost! Rick

Thanks Rick! I’ll assess when I see it next. Hopefully it’s not too bad or at least salvageable! Hopefully if all goes to plan, I’ll have a new (used) Patrol shortly..
