Hi,

Could anyone tell me where i could get some wheel arches rolled (like trailer mud wings) to repair all the arches on my other 4x4 (Suzuki sj)? either in the West midlands , Staffordshire, South staffordshire or Wales areas? (i live kinda in the middle, so not far from any of these areas).

Thanks
Mike

Hi Mad Mike,
I use Fabrication facilities Ltd., Saturn Business Centre, Bissell Street, right next to Birmingham wholesale markets. Tel 0121 666 6330. I use them for all my awkward stainless steel and aluminium jobs. There`s a cracking powder coaters next door (Bourne`s 0121 666 6595 ) if you want to push the boat out all the way.
Cheap they ain`t but what they have done for me in the past has always been A1.

I rebuilt my LJ80 using trailer mudguards from Jaggers on Green Lane Walsall (opposite the cop shop on the ring road) Google Albert Jagger to get details.
Another way is to rebuild them flat and then buy extensions from somewhere like Formula 4x4 in Stone, or use rubber ones off a 90 from Craddocks in Cannock (North Street Bridgetown). Also Wrangler standard ones might fit, try a place like Specialist Leisure who may have fitted some wide ones on a jeep and have the originals surplus.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the quick replies, will look into both of these options.

Thanks
Mike

Nice to see another suzuki fan out there! -welldone-

Bought the sj, tale end of last year, but needs a hell of a lot doing to it, hence the arches post, i'm half way through completely rewiring it - the list of jobs is end less. But eventually it will be another toy to play with  and anoy the missus with!! lol.

sounds like an interesting if time consuming project, i wish i had the motivation. But i do like suzuki's
