mine are

Action

batman arkham asylum


FPS/Shooter

bioshock 1& 2

althou do enjoy a bit of quake


Adventure

fahrenheit and dead space 1&2


Role-playing

stuck on this one throw up between mass effect and dragon age (althou both from the same derv)


Simulation

got to be the settlers series


Strategy

has to be the command and conquer series


Racing

tough one here

but the toca race driver series out shines the rest for me

what is your favorite games

over all i prefer the Role-playing games and cant stand what the fps has become

Action - Gears of War 2

FPS/Shooter - Halo 3 (followed extremely closely by MW2 of course)

Adventure - dont really play them, so ill say Secret of Monkey Island (pc)

Role Playing - Mass Effect

Simulation - hmm..funny one this, so ill say guitar heroes, gotta love them drums!

Strategy - again dont really play them, but i LOVE Populous 2 (pc)

Racing - my fave is actually Sega Rally!

dont game much now, but back in the day loved well almost lived for repton and elite
on the bbc b/master, airwolf was quite addictive too.

In the arcades spent a fair bit on Test Drive in late 80s seemed more of a sim than
a game.

on the PSX/2 love Spiro and on the Wii think exporing the Sports island by plane is
a lot of fun.

Dabbled with Trainz on the PC.
