Currently have 31 x 10.5's. Can I get 35's on there? Any that are recommended for tarmac and soft sand? :thumbs

I swear I'll post pics if someone can help me out :augie

And one more question - recommend safari roof racks given my truck has no runners? Not keen drilling holes n shit everywhere as it'll become a mobile swimming pool when it rains..
:naughty

the early r3m had the t2 suspension. torsion bars you might get 2" lift winding them up . but the later ones after 96 had coils. for coiled it can be lifted more but you will need to look into australian suppliers , they seem to do a lot more of that kind of thing.

i recon 33" will go on without too many problems although you might need to trim a few bits of plastic slightly.

i had 35" on my t2 . it can be done depending on how much you want to cut off or spend on suspension

now pics lol

Ok piccies coming up over the weekend :)

Now, with regard to tyres..do you recommend Maxxis, BFG's, or some other brand?

:thumbs

avoid bfg they are notorious for being hard to ballance. also i had a email today from someone who managed to find a spring lift kit for a r3m . fitting it soon .
so might be worth watching this space
he said it cost 260 pounds Stirling.
