What are these relays for?

Hi, had my battery out today to clean mini filter (thats another query!) and saw two relays tucked into the inner wing on the drivers side. What are they for? I only ask as my look as though they has suffered some damage and am keen to replace.

Hi Somem,
one of these relays are to do with the starter, I know this because I once had to call the RAC as my Mav wouldn't start and the fault was some corrosion on the connections of one of these relays, he cleaned the connections and it never went wrong again.

And the other is the heater plug relay.

Many thanks, better get the connectors cleaned up as they looked very corroded (externally anyway!)
