wet patch in passenger foot well

Found an unusual wet patch in the passenger foot well. Had a look all around the area underneath but couldn't find anything untoward.... so decided to take the carpets out for further investigation..

Floor pan looks sound and no obvious holes but the carpet was wet through and the felt backing too. The water had soaked all the way up into the rubber section at the back of the foot well on the bulk head, so I pulled the carpet back even more and found this little tinker...

Missing gromet :doh quick fix with a plug and silicone and now dry as a bone :clap

There are other reasons for leaks into the passenger footwell too so keep an eye on it just in case.
