Jumped into the job of welding the arches where holes have appeared while we have good weather (common problem with these older tdi's)

Done the drivers side, Bit of a pig of a job but haven't burnt my car into the ground. :lol
So many levels of metal sheet in some of the areas.

Still got to do the passenger side

aye it wasn't the best, had to use gassless as my gas ran out. But it's strong enough.

gasless tends to look a bit tatty until you get in to higher welding amperage

Im a crap welder, but i have ago. I find a good grinder and some davids P38 hide a multitude of sin's.

Its more fun if you have ago your self, you can say i Burned that!:lol
