So, if I don't fix it and just sell it, whats it worth?
1996 Ford Maverick 2.7 TDi 8 months MOT, everything Good except for photos
New Battery, Tyres, Exhaust,.....

In days gone by they used a small hammer, and the force of impact was depending as to whether the MOT man had 3 shreaded wheat for breakfast or not.:doh

Looks a bit like mine - also a 1996. Now you've removed the bumper, do you think it could ever go back on before any welding is done? I need to strip the front down, but may not have enough time to repair it all before wanting to use it again.

I know the best is to just take the old gal apart and rebuild properly, but needs must and all. Partly the fear that the front will all crumble to dust when I remove the bumper, etc. has so far stopped me having a go.

I'm pretty sure it would all go back on, I made a mistake and cut through the side mounts of bumper to insert thinking it needed to be seperated!!!!Doh
I also took headlights out, which I didn't need to:augie
Hey! you live and learn right?

So it actually only needed the 4x 17mm mounting bolts removed and the indicator lamps disconnecting basically.
