no but if you live in a council house and they get complaints about it they can kick you out and they don't have to rehouse you

It's a shame more councils aren't like yours, there are to many people who live in council properties who shouldn't be given a bloody tent.

Years ago, councils were very tough on tenants who couldn't give a toss about their property.
I'm not saying you are like that at all.
This is what I witness on my travels, it just makes me mad when you see people bringing nice estates down.
