I run veg in my Maverick and Terrano before that. Im not running 100% like Banshee but mix in some diesel an a tiny bit of petrol to thin the veg oil out as I was shown by Panelbeater, not had any issues through the winter with starting or lunpy running. Not that it was ever too cold down here.
Per full tank im at 80% veg, 16% diesel and 4% petrol. Mainly as I mix in the 20 ltr cubies so works out nice for me.
Might be worth plumbing in a different filter like the one in the picture below. Ive read that the veg oil can effect the glues on a standard filter and cause them to break down. Both my trucks have had inline filter so worth seeing if anybody else has had those issue.
A bonus is they are really cheap so u can get plenty for the price of a standard filter. I carry an inline priming bulb about incase I need to swap filters whilst out. They also let u see whats caught as the veg will clean the inside of your fuel tank and lines may cause a blockage when you first start using it.
