I'm looking for all the wiring looms for a '96 td terrano (square headlights) since someone nicked all mine :( Please.

I will probably require postage too since I'm nowhere near anyone  & I'm on a strict budget as to what I can spend too :(

cheers, I need every single one they've all been taken :(

who on earth would want to do that? sorry I only have a petrol SWB set, still on the car but probably cut and corroded as was used extensively off road, Rick

entire loom burnt off would only fetch 5 to 10 quid at a scrappie, they must be desperate! Rick

No idea, we can't burn it no more but nor do we have to strip it, although u get more for it bare. We get good prices up here for copper, but really I think it's just been for spite.

Would the petrol or diesel differ, Rick? Mines diesel

yes they are not the same, ECU is different for a start, so that makes it a no go, if you look at the labels on a loom they say diesel or petrol, auto or manual, also petrols had a maf and lambda sensor as well as multi vacuum valves on the engine, Rick

Have you pissed anyone off at work :nenau

And depending on how much authority you have at work I would confront some people.

It's no work, it's a hobby workshop.....I've no per'd nobody off just taking the brunt as per for others mistakes.

Scum will nick any quantity of copper from anywhere, gradually it adds up,I used to work at a recycling depot, the amount of stuff that comes out of washing machines etc, frightening how quick it adds to a lot of weight. When I was working for myself as an electrician here in France, heard about a new build up the road from the one I was doing that had all the copper wires pulled out of the conduits one night, nightmare.feel for you, hope you get sorted.

In which case I would get the police involved. :thumb2

That's what I was thinking, might not sound a lot but one hell of a job to take a complete wiring loom out of a one, therefore could be expensive in labour alone to get one off. good look :thumbs

Mel, I have a 1996 Mk1 LWB diesel that may well get broken - there's a guy in Fife that's interested in it for the wheels/tyres and the leather seats. Maybe you could come to an agreement with him for the looms?

Or, of course, you could have the lot and sell the bits he wants on to him! :lol

I'd prefer to see the old gal kept on the road, but needs must. If I had the space, I'd do the breaking myself, but not really something to be done on the street!

It had already been stripped to bare shell, wiring looms were in a closed box under my workbench:(

There's 2 guys on fb breaking 2 terrano's already so hopefully I can get on of those rather than rip one to shreds just for the wires:thumb2

They won't do anything, no CCTV & several key holders
