I usually open them in paint - re size them and re save them!!:thumb2

If you use the Ctrl key shortcuts it takes seconds:-:clap

Ctrl A - Select all
Ctrl X - cut
Ctrl N - New file
Ctrl V - Paste
Ctrl W - resize - play about with the %'s till it just fits depends on the original photo size.
Then save as new file name

Simples:thumb2

Yea OK sounds easy, I have to put post it notes around my screen to remind me how to do simple computer things, I used to have a program to shrink pictures but lost it and I cant remember what it was called, cos I did not put it on a post it note, cos I forgot, I might even forget to press "submit reply" but it is on the screen in front of me, so I may not forget, but if the phone rings I will, oh well I wont remember tomorrow what I forgot today so wtf, life will still go on, and I will be blissfully ignorant , Rick

if you have misosoft picture manager there is a resize buttons on the right hand side personall i use photobucket
