Yeah, great job, Paul! It's good to hear that Briggie is finally back on the road :clap:clap:clap:clap:clap

YAY, finally!!! so glad to hear its all sorted. Had a quick read of the other thread Zippy started, great to hear Petes getting used to the auto, but more importantly it sgreat to hear its been fixed properly.

did we still have enough money for the final bill then??

..... did we still have enough money for the final bill then??

Due to the fantastic generosity of the members here we raised £930 to get Briggie (Pete) back on the road.

The replacement gearbox was £265
The courier cost to deliver the box to Bridgefield 4x4 was £57.46
The fitting of the box and auxiliary ATF cooler that had to be purchased plus giving Pete's truck the once over and draining/refilling fluids etc was £458.15.

That leaves £149.39 in the 'pot'.... watch this space ;)

well i think we did well . around 800 to fix a dead auto box is very good in my book.

glad we did it, glad pete is here . and stumbled across us .

all turned out good , well done bat for great leadership:bow
