Hi, just got the T2 back from having new tyres fitted, Burt the tyre man showed me the tyre pictured. It came off the drivers side front, the side with the really high wear was on the inside. He said that this is normally caused by some fiddly little washer type thing (my words not his, can't recall the exact name he used) that wear but they seemed fine, so he was at a loss what might be the problem.

Anyone offer any advice? (The N/S front was fine.

Ta.

Extreme will tell you when he gets home - they are spacers (I can't remember the exact word either!) that change the camber....

Just sounds like tracking to me - drivers side usually has more weight in it and thus is more prone to wear.

It could be that the camber is out because it needs "shimming" (silly little washers) but unless its modified or been in an accident then that should be fine as its factory set.

i got this now, inside edge of passenger side..

any ideas folks??

bushes?

tracking was checked a while ago but could be out again i guess
