Anybody know of a good priced tyre place in the Sheffield area, I,m after a couple of 225/75/R15 Kumho or C-Trax

If you dont have a favoured local type, phone every place you can think of but cant be arsed to travel to or wouldnt take your car to them. Get the quotes then get in touch with national and kwik fit.Every town has one!!!!

They both promise to undercut any other deal and have a right old price war going on between them.

The managers at both also have the power to discount (whatever they tell you to the contrary) We have a kwik fit and a national within a 1/4 of a mile of each other and theyre cut throat.

If the tyre is stock, they can even discount int a loss but need the others printed quote "for the regional manager"

If you cant get a god deal from them you need to save hard instead ;):thumb2

I think its 235/70/R16 or 15...but its dark and pissing with rain at the moment!

on 15s its 235/75.

try blackcircles, then can have fitted locally.

recall got 4x grabber at2 fitted about 280 3 years ago.

delivered to and fitted by some guys on fitswilliam st near
wicker...

16s use 235/70 and believe 17s have 235/60

oh and if interested free to good home, steel 15 with wornout tyre make good second spare
ideal for local pick up...

Try your local Rapid Fit (ford) ive just priced 4 new tyres and they beat 6 other quotes?

Tyre size

Yep made a mistake on the size, it is 255/75/15. I,ve got a pair of Kumho AT,s just fitted on the front and am thinking same for the rear, had good reports for road use and apparently can hold there own in mud, snow etc.. been quoted £85 each including fitting. Anyone had experience with these tyres?
