Tyres on the beach review

Just back from the beach after sailing and noticed the following tyre vehicle performances
Landrover 90 on brand new Hankook 35s towing a small boat , got well and truly stuck in the soft sand. Tried many times to redeem himself but just dug bigger holes :lol
Another landrover, petrol this time , on proper old skool tiddly tyres just about got himself off the beach without trailer.
My old maverick with KL71s on (33s) straight off the beach with trailer, no problem :thumbs
Our old Tata with old Khumos on (35s) and a big safety boat , off in two attempts :clap
Conclusion Landrovers are poo :lol er I mean , Hankooks are crap

I guess it depends where you'll be using them most
I'm on the beach most weeks and off road a lot, do high mileage and go fast(when safe to do so :augie)
So the KL71s were right for me :thumb2

picked up 1 of these yesturday second hand from a local place thats just opened all tyres £40 he said go have a look in the back and pick one out for your self almost like new not bad for an a/t and new there pretty cheap to

Well it's defo an A/T No idea what they're like though :nenau
Think carefully about your usage and then work out which tyre's right for the job :thumbs
