As already say'd, the CV angle won't change due to the tyre change in size.
Since the only thing that affects que CV angle is the suspension (lift or movement).

Thanks, but I was hoping of a pic of yours with the 31" tyres to see the effect on your CVs.
I think I'll look at putting some 31" tyres on, rim size is the next one probably 15" or 16" steels.
 
When I did mine, I only lifted the front suspension by an inch and a half, and the back by 2 inches. The reason was, 2 inches on the front was too close to the bump stop for my liking.

I also had a 2" body lift. I never got around to getting bigger tyres as I had only just put new 235/70/16 BFG's on, which equate to 29"

As you can see, the drive shaft is perfectly parallel to the road.

Bigger wheels will make no difference to this angle.
