You will get lots of return flow . The injector pump chucks loads out to the injectors and the spare goes back to the tank. 8mm flow 6mm return.

need to correct you there, the injector pump puts out a precise amount to the injector, and if the injector were perfect then none from them would go back to the tank, in practice they all leak past the needle and this goes back, but it is or should be only a dribble, the main leak back to the tank is from the pump, this has to do this to maintain a stable pressure within the pump for governing purposes under all conditions, Rick

is twin tanking rearlly needed im running on almost 90% svo this time of year with no probs and will be 100% come spring. iv not had a problem yet
