How to turn up the turbo boost and turn up the fuel pump snorkel fitted so plenty of fresh air and 8mm fuel pipe fitted from tank to pump

If tdi u will need this :

And a manual boost controller, spring and ball bearing type like this

And a decent boost gauge that will need tapping into the inlet side of intercooler or throttle body with the correct tap

Screw on the pump give that a turn along with actuator to make sure u dont under or overfuel

Yes, fuel screw needs a full turn I think on pump, or just keep turning it say 1/4 a time until it starts smoking under accel

I'd still use the manual boost controller and boost gauge to up boost tho, less crude

If I were to put some 8mm pipe the same as I have done from the tank to the pump, from the pump to the engine would that over due the fuel intake to the engine

No because the injectors control the fuel into the engine. Do not increase the return pipe size though or you'll make things worse.

Would it make any difference then if I did the pipe from pump to engine then sounds like it wouldn't

Looked at the ebay link for the control box, how do you wire it into the ECU?

Also, in the Terrano, the ECU is the metal box thats under the ashtray behind it, with a large connection kept in place with a 10mm bolt?

also does it matter if its Zexel or bosch?

It doesn't matter which BUT!!! bosh can cope better for longer perods
stronger pump all round only really matter when your running veg

you mean bosch fuel pump right? i was menaing my ecu is zexel.

can you just change them? like unplug one zexel ecu and plug in a bosch ecu from a 2.7TDi auto and it be happy days?
