Turbo lag in 3rd and 4th

Hi just a quick update re no power in 3rd and 4th gear i.e. turbo not kicking in more so when caravan on .

Right the problem is the neutral position sensor i disconnected it today and the good old Terrano is back to full power in alll gears New sensor on order !!

Yes me too until I did a bit of digging lol
Sensor located top of gear box drivers side at the side of gear stick
New one £14.00 with postage

not heard of that on terrano, but on old trol there was a hand, well button throttle and was possible to move gear stick and the increased revs would be interrupted.

All T2's have a neutral position switch but only the 3 has the ability to vary the turbo Rick

3l does it have it on manual and auto.

You've got a 2.7, doesn't affect them like it does the 3 litre according to Rick :thumb2
