turbo and air filter

today I took the I/c and the pipes that goes from the air box to the turbo and I have oil in the bottom of it and around the veins on the turbo . it seems to be coming from the oil separator but I have taken all the pipe of check for blockages and their nothing . what can cause this to happen? .have also just cleaned the I/c out and it's not that oily

Over time the oil traps can become faulty & oil gets sucked from the breather system into the induction pipe from the air filter to turbo & then forced up into the intercooler

would over filling the oil cause this ? . as I had my oil change by a garage and they have overfilled it about 5mm + on the dip stick
