tunning box wow love it

i bought a tuning box of ebay called speed box its made the terrano much better it has 4 wires
) pos+
) neg-
)and two wires that go to the big plug for the fuel pump they piggy back pin 2 and 3 on the big round plug and for £100 brand new i love it :thumb2

will post next few days insurance just wanted to no about the box no price increase its really easy to fit just undo big round plug look inside and the pins have no.s on so just have to see which colour goes to pin 2 and 3 and piggy back thoses wires no need to find ecu i am really happy with it at the mo can very easly wheel spin the rear wheels:thumb2. and what makes it better for me it £322 cheaper then the tunit box

yes they do reconditioned units but they have none in stock so i can only get them for £422 and the reconditioned box i think sell now for £275 or so but either way good saving:thumbs

Well it can make things more economical as you've effectively got an extra gear. BUT who cares I love the extra beans it gives :naughty

give me a couple of weeks to get borded with the extra power then i will drive it with out the lead boot and see how much better the mpg really is:thumb2

Seriously though if I drove mine considerately it really would improve the mpg.
The tuning box gives the truck extra legs, via a lot more torque from more fuel. However that extra fuel allows the truck to stay in higher gears without need to press the loud pedal. Goes up hill more easily and positively looney off the start line , oops sorry wrong thread :lol but you get the drift

yes i do get ur drift at the mo:augie have notice as so as the pedel goes down it pulls stright away can easly go in 4 now at 30mph and pull away loke its in 2nd

only speed box i can find says for common rail injection. didnt think me terrano was common.

sorry just got in walking the dog here is the link you have to tell them weather u have a bosch pump or the other zecel thing http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350282081020&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT its really easy to fit just find pin 2 and 3 on the big round pump plug my terrano 2.7 tdi bosch pump the colour wires were yellow and the other was white any more info just ask:thumbs

dont want to keep going on about it but just jumped in to the terrano and drove it for 5 miles and i love it now can put it in 5th at just over 30mph and it pulls away lovely unlike before the box i lov it its brill best £100 i have spet on it :augie
and before any 1 says it not as good as the tunit box as u can adjust it u can this 1 it has a small screw on the top its just hell of alot easier to install as u dont have to find the ecu behind the dash
