In a nutshell - assuming the engine is in tune and the boost pressure set somewhere near right, if your maff will output 4.5v under full load, then that is all you can do. Putting it up to 5v won't improve anything.

That box power box is it the same1 from ebay and do u no anymore about the t2 fitted with the power box I.e where he got it from thanksI had power box fitted at a BMW garage,went in for air con re gasing. The owner said he add just fitted a power box on is brother in laws nissan T2. He said what a difference it made, more power in the rev range. No flat spots its not sold as a fuel saving device. £350 fitted. mine had to be solderd in place some do just plug in under seat.
fitted 8 years now no problem with it

you cant get plug and play for the 2.7 tdi it piggy backs the wiring on the pump from what i can make out will let you now when it arrives:thumb2what one did you get??

As Badger has said... it's all about faking the information from various sensors, in this case it's likely to be the control sleeve positional feedback from the pump that will be altered on it's way back to the ECU....you cant get plug and play for the 2.7 tdi it piggy backs the wiring on the pump from what i can make out will let you now when it arrives:thumb2
