Hi everyone, sorry for being so quiet, lots going on

Hope everyone is doing ok! Always so many new threads whenever I log on now  I used to be on top of em

Come early next month 3 of us are going in the Terrano euro tunnel to Brugge, staying for two nights in a really nice central hotel :augie

We have had to book special requirements for the tunnel as we don't fit in the standard bit...

Unfortunately the beast won't fit in the private car park :p but one of them will show me to an alternative car park :doh

Any recommendations for Brugge and traveling abroad? :nenau

We have a travel kit with breathalysers, hi vis kit (one for each) GB sticker already on rear. Bulb kit. Errr...

Any thing to watch out for? Speed shouldn't be an issue :lol

We are taking Ellie the mrs niece, she is 14.

Good to see ya posting again Alex, my best advice is enjoy yourselves and have a dam good time. Then come back home and get postin again:clap

Howdy Alex.
I had a drive down to the south of France in august, and one thing I will do next time will be to have a post-it stuck on the dash next to the clocks with the Mph conversion to Kph.
Have a safe trip and hope it's trouble free. :thumb2

Surely Nissan did not try and save money by making the speedo in only MPH on the later models as well, my 1999 T2 has it in both MPH and KPH...

You are correct but we're used to glancing at MPH so easier (I found) to check your speed in MPH.

hi alex its your mate :thumbs terrano bob tell people when you come back from your holidays you post on internet telling everyone yee not at home have a nice holiday :thumbs

Bruges is really nice, but don't forget the area around. Lissewege, Damme, etc.

A bit further away, but absolutely worth it: the Westhoek, and Ypres. The Of Flanders Fields museum there is very impressive

Small word of warning: watch out with speed, especially in built-up areas. And green landing not allowed, except when you have a good reason to be in that particular place (you own the land, you have animals there, or you have shooting rights etc).

Enjoy your stay!
