Proper way is in the manual.
OR just park up on the flat and crawl underneath with your WD40 and squirt liberally :thumb2 Then crack off the lock nut 19mm Then ratchet away till you get the front about 20mm lower than the back unladen.
You can jack the front up a bit to take some of the weight off the suspension while you work
When you've done tighten the lock nut again, simples :thumbs
On the Frog ( R.I.P. ) I took the cross member off to reset the bars, then wound them up to there limit, took it for a spin, let it settle then took it down by about an inch. From standard ( & 235/75R15 ) to 33x1250R15 with +2 front shocks I managed to raise it about 3 inchs in total but it flew through idlers
