I have noticed my terrano is sitting lower at the front than the back and after reading other forums think I need to adjust the bars, people say its dead straight forward, however I'm not sure were to start or what I'm doing any working instructions available or diagrams of any sort would be good.
Thanks Tony

Simple. Climb underneath your truck and look for 2 rods approx 25mm diameter running from an area underneath the rear passenger footwell toward the front suspension. You will see that each one has an adjusting screw and locknut. Loosen the locknut, could be a struggle. Screw the jacking screw clockwise to raise the suspension. Note how many turns you srew the thing as you will need to do the other side the same amount. There is a measurement you need to attain but I simply adjusted it until the truck sat level. Allow a couple of hours due to the tight locknuts and getting the right spanners(cant remember). After that any minor adjustments take only a few minutes. If you go too high you will wear your front tyres unevenley........get your wheel alignment checked anyway to be on the safe side.

If you do a search there are lots of threads already running on this topic.

 Here's a little tip to help make the job even easier ..... chock behind the rear wheels then lift the truck on a jack this you will find makes it easier to adjust the screws  they are 17mm (I think  ) like chris ( knotting pot says allow a couple of hours) it is a job that my local friendly mechanic did for a tenner and then took it back after a couple of weeks to settle he checked it again and all for a tenner  .

I take it the adjusting bolts are the ones towards the middle of the car as i can't see anything at the front of the suspension that could be adjusted.
Been reading all the topics related to this but couldn't find actually how to do it
Thanks all

Yes follow the torsion bars (1" thick) backwards at the rear of them, on the inboard side you'll find the adjusting bolts pointing upwards.
