but it shows rpm and coolant temp and what else advance and retard of the injection pump and last question what injection system do u have thanks

I've only played with it once, advancing or retarding the fuel pump? I've no idea, how would I check?
I think I have a Bosch system, but don't know for sure. I'll have a look at my MAF tomorrow.

On a 2000 W, I have this one:

So need this: http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=200892048505 and it may talk to Torque Pro, but wont do what I want. The other Consult you linked to is a Bluetooth adapter for Consult1 but it is about £60.
If It isn't blootoof then it'll only use laptop, with different software, like ECU talk.

Bummer. Feel like Balotelli. Why always me

Same one I have and same conclusion. Seems cheaper connector won't really do a good enough job and the one that should do is more money than I want to pay. Maybe others on here have got it to work without splashing out on the pricey adaptors.

The other option is to swap the ECU for one with an OBD2 plug. I have been looking at ECU's anyway because mine has the glitch around 2000 rpm. Will a change of ECU need coding ? Or a straight swap?

might not be that easy as they change the wiring and plugs it will need recoding also as it needs info from nats alarm what injection system do u have

Just been and changed my fuel filter, while I was out there I took some pictures of my adaptor and Nexus running the ODB2 software.
The pictures of my tablet are a bit shit, the screen is very reflective, my flash wanted to work and it was sunny, but I hope you get the idea:

I didn't go for a drive (I'm probably over the limit still from a heavy night last night) so couldn't check the MPG tool, I will try it at some point. Along with the Zombies, Run! app - that'll make for fun journeys.

I also checked my MAF and it's a Bosch one, this means my fuel pump and other ancillaries are Bosch too, right?
