Throttle Cable

Hi can anyone help mine has broke and Fords have told me it is a discontinued item now I find that a bit stupid but thats what they say. Anyone know of a source they must be available somewhere?

Why not make your own, you've got the old one as a pattern and you can buy the bits (bowden) cable at any GOOD cycle shop or maybe halfords, it,s not the end of the world yet!!

My next move was to have the old one re-innared but that would probably be just as expensive as the secound hand one and the outer is not to good anyway.

You might be able to get one off another car if you took yours with you to a breakers yard:augie
