wonder if it applies to caravans ours is just over 1yr old and had 29 faults the biggest took 5 months to fix.

what on earth took five months to fix on a caravan????

I cant answer for my forum colleague but the faults on ours took from 4/10/08 to 29/4/09 to fix most of them , mainly a fridge :(

One fault is still outstanding.

Discover darlington for any potential shoppers in this area.

Was that from Darlo too?

Its a disgrace. I had a real go at them localy + head office as well as speaking with bailey and dometic (dometics std of service round here in my experience is the absolute pits)

In fairness to the new service manager in post at Darlo, he did get things sorted. My gut feeling was that dept was not running at peak efficiency previously ( to be polite)
