Takes me back to when I was 19 years old in 1967 my Parents had moved out into the Countryside near Sutton on the Hill with no Bus Service except one to Ashbourne on Market Day.

My late Mum did two amazing things that year !
She learnt to Swim and to Drive when she was 40 !
I used to take my Mum out on L plates as there were no retrictions then on the supervising driver only stipuation was you had to hold a full licence not a Provisional with a pass slip!
