I'm by no means an engineer,
when I built this i basically rumaged throw my pile of steel, grabbed a gazillion grinding and cutting wheels from our local store and topped up the welder with argon and wire.

There may be some discrepancies in measurements but i assure you its easier to fill a 2-3 mm gap either side of a plate with weld then make a second cut through thick plate steel.

Legal stuff
IF you make it yourself that's fine.
But as this bar is not patented, if i find some one's company logo on the one you get someone to make for you, That company will be receiving a court summons...or at least an angry letter. :D

Please abide by your legal requirements for frontal impact and pedestrian protection.

That aside, All measurements in millimeters, not inches, feet, yards, how ever it could quite possibly measured in beer bottles. :doh

Only 4 pieces i think dont require mirror image duplicates and that is the plate the winch bolts too #9 #10 #12 and #17
Double check all measurements against your specific vehicle.
If any measurements are missing it was pure guess work on the beer drinkers part. same goes for the angles but shouldn't be to hard to figure out, the hard ones will most likley be sections 6/7/8.

The bar as per any is a mirror image on itself, the holes in #12 should be drilled to suit your brand of winch

Any questions about specific items PM me....... please don't flood me with random stuff like....
How much can it handle
what have you hit with it.
What coating did you use.

It's is one thing. over kill..... it took the side off a ford territory, a chunk out of a 30 year old tree at 50 kms an hour.
a brick retain wall and numerous other things that have got in the way.

All up probably wieghs close to 200 kgs with the winch etc in place so you will need to adjust your torsion rods and ensure your suspension is in good condition.
