Terrano Stereo Speakers

I'm looking for some better speakers for my Terrano

In an ideal world I'd like some that are a direct replacement and will swap straight over no mods needed

I'm just after something that's clearer at louder volumes with some nice Bass still

Any advice guys?

The standard front doors have a 5x7" speaker fitted on the later models but not sure what the size is for the rears. I fitted normal 6.5" speakers in the front doors but had to make up some MDF spacers/adaptors to fit them but that's not a hard job to do. Next month once i've undersealed the truck & got it ready for it's MOT i'll prob be making up some new spacers & if they work well I might make up a couple of extra sets

There are a lot on the market but i'd personally would keep away from the likes of Edge, Fly & the lower end Vibe speakers. I like JBL's as they are a good price but sound nice & can handle a lot of power:augie If you have a car audio shop near you pop in & have a listen to some if you can & have a look on the net as you will poss get them a bit cheaper but a quick look on ebay i've found these that should be ok but never listened to them play
