Porsche 924 with a vw van engine !! Tr7 !! Omg I've heard enough :D

I think I will probably have to get a cheap crap car with no balls:lol and built up a no claims thingymabob unless I could go on my parents insurance or something.

Yep and keep your licence clean as well or you will be paying through the nose.

The problem with young drivers (not all by the way) is they think they are great drivers and that's the problem, when you pass your test, you are just starting out and need to learn road craft...that comes with years behind the wheel;)

exactly, once you have passed your test, you really start to learn how to drive. NO more steady hand in the seat next to you, and wise words for what to do next, youre on your own!

That is why learner drivers often get cheaper insurance, then it shoots up when they pass there tests, as no one will be sitting with them anymore.

We should have a curfew that new driver can only have 2 people in the car and it has to be parked up by 10 pm like some other places do. Also limmit them to 1.0L for the first year :lol But also keep there insurance down so atleast they can pay it.

Totally agree, no more than 2 in a car for at least a year, small engine and knowing that the Police are always on the look out for you and if your caught doing something stupid or dangerous...2 yellow cards and then after that you have to sit a much harder test to get your licence back.
That should slow a few of the loons down:thumb2
