Stupid stupid... We are waiting at traffic lights and immediately on left before lights is a petrol station exit, naturally I give way to one car to sit infront of me, as we edge forwards this lary man in a jag xj pulls out and there was a bump..

Thank goodness my terrano somehow survived unscathed :augie

Needless to say the english pikey was quite angry and said "you "it my car"

At which point I shrugged, still in shock i guess lol.

He then got out and I said I didn't give you way twice, then he said
Your in my fu**ing country

Err I'm english? :lol (I said) he then started swearing and getting aggressive so I drove back round the corner to my missus house.

Silly man... We will see if anything comes of it... No marks atall on my terrano, or paint. I believe somehow the tyres just bumped.

Wish I had bought my dash cam now :(

Autoguard dash cam app :thumbs Use it in the short term as you save up for a dash cam gizzmo

Pity his front wing hadn't caught on your wrap around bumper, as it would have ripped his wing off.

Did you note his reg number?

One day he might need something from your garage...:augie

No actually I didn't get his reg, but the missus believes he might live around the corner and is a bit of a loonie, we are going to investigate :p

Yeah the dude was an arse, very aggressive and thought he owned the road, guess he picked on the wrong car, whoops :doh

find out where he lives and go let his tyres down.

Problem is your car is now quite distinctive, so easy to recognise...:doh

Our main car is a standard Silver Picasso, no private reg, so blends in quite well.
So well, we forget where we park it sometimes...:doh

Also if you didn't exchange details you have left the scene of an accident:nenau

So if he has chosen to he can report it to the police?

Certainly don't go around to his house or even joke about letting his tyres down. If he is aggressive and lives locally he's going to know which nose to come knocking on isn't he.

Think carefully about what you do now Alex.

Yeah we have been talking about this, infact we have decided this was not the guy round the corner, this was a green jag, the one round the corner is blue, also the guy round the corner has a Philippine wife so unlikely the racist comment

We decided to leave as we were feeling threatened, he stepped out aggressively and starting swearing at us.

I was debating wether to call the police to report it but with how gammy this guy is I feel it may do more harm than good. Don't wanna incriminate myself somehow :nenau even though I've done nothing wrong i don't want Agro

EDIT - we have spoken about calling the police, think nothing will happen, we didn't see damage.

I'd report it to the police just to cover yourself. They won't be that interested. David.

lesson here ...... ALWAYS GET THE REG NUMBER OF OTHER VEHICLES INVOLVED :thumb2

Right, advise taken, I've just called them, they have logged the incident and given me a reference number, all recorded on my phone :thumb2

Police do not get involved with civil matters unless serious injury has occurred apparently.

I am also first to log this call so cool :thumb2

Good call :thumb2

:clap

Yes good call well done Alex. Have to say tho they take it as a civil matter now but if he had been to them and reported a fail to stop then it would of been a totally different thing.

Yes true, I left it too long for sure. It was funny as It's not my fault, however infact could have been messy for me if he made a false claim. Luckily there was 3 of us in the terrano.

Jag drivers eh
