If it is complete with the water pump then I guess Milners, but I have just been out and had a look at my TDi and it looks to be bolted to the pump with four bolts, not only that but the viscous part is in two bits that are bolted together, so you may be able to strip it and refill with fluid but where you get that from is any bodies guess, Rick

Yes easy job to do, have a look on Milners web site or Ebay for a price, Rick

Nissan Terrano 2 water pump, on Ebay £42.20 £6 odd post and packing, cannot go wrong at that price, Rick

Looking at Milners they are £53.00 and looking at the picture on their site the coupling looks like its part of the pump....although the picture isnt great

just a point of note seems there are two sizes of viscous measured across the fan bolt holes 143 mm for the Maverick and 135 for the T2, Rick

When I did my pump, it was an integral part, and came as a single unit. My local motor factor got me the pump in the same day.

If you change the pipe, you might want to change the belts at the same time.. if you have Aircon, there are 3 belts.

Hi all, can anyone advise please?

My terrano seems to be getting really quite hot and i arent sure why.
I have even tried removing the thermostat and that hasnt really helped.

It usually runs quite cool on the temp gauge but it nearly hit the red the other day....and it is concerning me a little, i certainly dont want to cook the head.

So what can i check or do to investigate this problem further?

Any help would be much appreciated
Also with the heatwave we have been having. You may want to drain off any antifreeze. And flush the system.

Just a quick note here, when I used to start my 2.7, it didn't roar until I drove it, then you could hear the fan roar. Just ticking over, I never noticed it roaring.

That is a good point, you can tell the difference at idling but if you rev it it is much more pronounced, Rick

Mine seems to be roaring for ages especially at low speeds. As soon as I get up to speed it seems to stop. Someone in another thread said it was due to the hot weather.

it should only roar for a minute or so especially if you rev it, as this distributes the viscous fluid, the hot weather will not affect it, if it continues beyond 5 minutes then it is faulty, Rick
