Hi guys, I have handed my Terrano over to my daughter to use recently and today she came back saying that the gear lever had gone all "floppy".

When I looked at it it did feel quite loose and sloppy so I removed the centre console and then the gear lever.
I found a whitish plastic socket and a little black bush on the end of the gear lever (which nearly dropped into the gearbox....) and I feel one or both of these items are worn and faulty.
Is it best to just order these from the Stealers or is it worth getting them from a breaker if they are available?
Any help would be much appreciated

Think you are best off getting one from Nissan as scrappies will not want to ruin a salable box for a bush and it is likely to be worn anyway, and what can they want for that little bush £10? Rick
