ill even pay to cross the bridge to get them!

so hows that for an offer!??

hi hilltop... banwen its a fun place want to come allong next time... going easy next time ..... promise

By that you mean less than 50 degrees, mines a LWB , bit more over hang on the back than yours and I could do with some new wheels and tyres b4 I go to far of the green lanes, i'll have a count of the pennies and see what we can do.

Bob (hill)

looks and sounds like you had a good day.
i know it decreases your approach angle but that is why i have left my a bar on as it takes some of the abuse before it gets to your truck and damages it.
if i dont bend or break something on a day out i know i havn't tried hard enough:thumbs

its funny it was only a little tree but it saved my life. id have gone over the edge if it was not for that little tree...

it gave up its life for me :bow

im going to plant one at the weekend just to make it up
maybe 2

but i wont tell anyone, they will think im daft

a bit too extreme i got to say.

the next TEAM WALES meet will have to be a lane day and lunch or drinks etc to encourage more members to join in we really could do with meeting other members from wales

If i was closer m8,i'd be there!! but there's always October when we are planning on visiting for a week!!:thumbs:sly

not a problem keep me informed when, and ill sort a meet out for then.

not heard from pete makeitfit hope he's alright ay.

anyone seen him here today ?

Dont panic mr mannerin! Just got back from Portsmouth in me muddy truck collecting a trailer (with a boat on it).
Got loads of looks in the carpark and strangly plenty of room to open the doors :sly

Just read the earlier posts. I had a proper good day out. Those big steep bits just need lods of whelly and my trusty co pilot Holly dog.
Foot down floor it to the top. Landy(£10,000 plus) 1, maverick £220 (ebay) 1
I thank you:cool:
Ha Ha Ha bloody ha, made my day as I got the impression the green oval brigade were trying to outdare us!:naughty:naughty

well happy you had fun pete...now the hurting has stopped i feel better.

so you want some more do ya ? :sly:sly:sly

Hi extreme yep book me in for it!
Is the wife talking to you yet?:augie

Top Job

Just had time to gather the dog from the garden, she's been with me off roading with team Wales and fetching the trailer!
Any way THANKS EXTREME for organising a top day out in Wales somewhere:sly
I had sat. off so had a quick spanner session to put my 2" + 20% springs on. Got the front wound up to the max(need to reindex them now). Cut the bumper plastic back and flattened the inner wing flange(big hammer) Put the Insas on and empty out all the junk.
Just as well cause extreme took us to some brill hills, as in proper steep1:thumbs
Some of the full on throttle jobs had the dog pinned to the floor where the junk usually is:rolleyes:or readjusting the sunvisor:cool: She loves it though:thumbs
Two big things I learned on Sunday. 1) Keep the window shut when rearranging the trees, as I got a proper face full of Ash I think;)
2);) Keep the window shut when donuting in the mud, as I got a proper face full of Wales I think;)
2);) Get meself a bloody big strong rope strap thing:augie
Team wales had three terrano/mavericks and were joined by some stray Landies looking for a challenge! Extreme reckons they were up for a laugh:lol
I have to say that the sum total value of our trucks wouldn't have paid the tyres on one Landy:eek: BUT we kept up with nearly all their excursions:clap
Also extreme's tree incident has got to be down to him running on "slicks":augie So I'm really glad I had time to fit the insa turbos:thumbs
Here are a couple of pics of my truck and co pilot, we didnt have time to film us worrying the landies:lol
