I've kind of drawn a blank getting my old skool ECU chipped at anything under mortgage prices , soooo, thinking about changing the TDi pump to manual. Bin the sensors etc.Then a re shape on the cam and turn things upto 11 :)
Any of you gents been down this route ?

Ive researched this over and over and when ever a pump comes up ive not got thw funds (banshee you bugger lol) Keep everything plugged in that way speedo revs etc will still work. You'll obviously have ecu light on but take the bulb out fit manual pump and pedal and enjoy. I have herd tho even with pump up high they can still feel like there's less power to a good tdi
 
Oh and you'll need to sort the stop solonoid so you can turn it off. (I think that's right)

Interesting about the power out ? I need some empirical answers somehow ?

Cheers mate but need the pump off an Elgrand or cabstar 3.2 Bigger plunger in them :) 13mm :naughty
