Tail light question

So I finally found out why are my left side turning indicators blinking fast even though all three work. Turns out someone has managed to eff up the turning indicator, and the tail light P21 socket thingies, drilled the back end out and just casually rammed W type sockets into the remaining part so naturally the less wattage bulb is creating a fault in the system thinking one of the lights is out.

Question is, what search phrase to use to look for a replacement (sorry guys english is technically my third language) and are they even available without buying an entire new tail light? Thanks in advance!

That is a tough one to answer, I have complete lights here but a pic of what you need would be good, Rick

These. That should be a P21 socket but someone has drilled them open and empty, and crammed those W type sockets inside instead.
