Can any recommend any rear heavy duty dog sort of guards?

My dad has bought a SWB van t2 a few weeks back and needs something to stop chainsaws and the like flying into the driving bay in an event of a crash.

Yes I have been slack with pics I will try and get some tomorrow!!:doh

As a temporary measure a decent cargo net suitably attached will slow/stop most flying debris.
However a better approach may be to ensure the missiles are lashed down so they can't fly!

Thats what yer after :sly :thumb2

Strapping down is obviously a good idea I just know he won't and does not in his current van.

Banshee where did you get that from??

Have you thought of a rear window guard for security if you can find one or make one that is. Or at least a tint to the glass if it does not have one already.

Rear window guard would also be useful for security if you can find one or make one or at least a tint to the glass if it does not have one already.

We live in the sticks we don't tend to worry too much about that sort of stuff but If I find one cheap ;)

I'm planning to have one made. Can't weld, otherwise I'd do it myself.

Thick concrete rebar net, cut to size, metal band around all the sharp edges, bolted to the floor (metal loading floor in mine, commercial) and to the handles in the roof...

Same here, sadly I've fractured both my wrists so this year has been pretty much a write off.

Dont think he will keep the t2 much after xmas but who knows

Came with the truck dude, but I've seen them come up on eBay for between £50-£100 :thumb2
